How to Join Our Waitlist

If you are  interested in Membership and Accommodations for the 2027 season, please download the Escrow Form (Wait list Form) enter the requested information, sign the form and return it to us with the required $100.00 deposit (check only).

As a  prospective member, i.e. one who was not with us in 2026, the deadline for cancellations is extended until March 15, 2027, by which time a suitable accommodation should be available for your inspection. If you are familiar with the Club, please try to make your request for accommodations as general as possible so that we may contact you if and as these types of facilities become available.

Please bear in mind that the 2026 Members have priority on the waiting list for any available accommodations, but it has been our experience that most new members who apply before February will probably be offered a 1st or 2nd choice unit. Since available accommodations are offered to the Waiting List, and those persons have to accept or reject that facility, your patience is appreciated in that the process can be time consuming.
